The Company has an Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) in the organization to comply with the PoSH Act. The Committee is formed as per the PoSH guidelines which state that the ICC should have membership of three to four persons, of which at least half the members are women. Additionally, one member must be from a non-government organization or an association committed to the cause of women.
